By downloading, installing or using WA Contacts Extractor ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

WA Contacts Extractor is a browser extension that helps users extract contact information available in their current WhatsApp Web session. The Service can export contacts from chats, groups, labels or countries into CSV, Excel, JSON and vCard files.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, legitimate purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, harassment, fraud or unauthorized marketing
• Collect or use personal data without a lawful basis or appropriate permission
• Violate privacy, data protection or telecommunications laws
• Share exported contact data in a way that violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or abuse the Service
• Use bots or automated systems to access the Service excessively

WhatsApp Terms and Access

You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and all applicable laws. The extension can only export contact data currently available to your WhatsApp Web session. Group membership visibility and available profile details may depend on WhatsApp and your access to that group.

Data and Privacy

Regarding data handling:

• Contact extraction and file generation happen locally in your browser
• We do not store your exported WhatsApp contact lists on our servers
• Exported files are saved directly to your computer
• You are responsible for protecting exported files and using them appropriately

Free and Pro Features

The Service may include free and paid features:

• Free usage may include export limits or feature limits
• Pro features may include complete matching exports, vCard export and priority support
• Subscription fees, plan terms and renewal rules are shown during checkout
• You may cancel your subscription according to the instructions provided in the extension or by contacting support

Payments

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Subscription access may depend on successful payment processing and account status.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding and original content, belongs to echobot.dev and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Service Availability

The Service depends on browser APIs, WhatsApp Web availability and changes made by WhatsApp. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent operation.

Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that every contact will be available or exportable
• Contacts without usable phone numbers may be skipped and duplicate numbers may be merged
• You are responsible for reviewing exported data before using it
• We are not affiliated with WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, echobot.dev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use or business opportunities resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, engage in fraud, or create risk for other users, our systems or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
